Ingredients (4 servings):
• 4 chicken breast fillets
• 150 ml mandarin juice
• Zest of 1 mandarin
• 2 tbsp honey
• 2 tbsp soy sauce
• 1 tbsp olive oil
• Salt, pepper
Method:
- Heat the oil and sear the chicken until golden.
- Mix mandarin juice, zest, honey, and soy sauce.
- Pour over the chicken and reduce the heat.
- Simmer until the sauce thickens and glazes the chicken.
- Serve with rice or salad.
