Ingredients (6 servings):
• 400 ml fresh grapefruit juice
• 150 g sugar
• 200 ml water
• Zest of 1 grapefruit
Method:
- Heat water and sugar in a saucepan until dissolved; let cool.
- Add juice and zest.
- Churn in an ice cream maker or freeze, stirring every 30 minutes until set.
